目的降低手术器械盒湿包率。方法 QC小组活动。结果手术器械盒湿包率由活动前的6.0%降至活动后的1.3%,达到了活动目标。
Objective To reduce the rate of wet packing of surgical instruments. Method QC group activity. Results The wet-packing rate of the surgical instrument box decreased from 6.0% before the activity to 1.3% after the activity, which reached the activity goal.
