近年来,医疗纠纷第三方调解机制在我国蓬勃发展。各地涌现新模式,以福建南平、天津、大庆、广东、山东为典型。当前我国医疗纠纷第三方调解机制因地制宜,在人才团队的完善、法律依据的完善、与医疗责任保险制度的衔接、诉调对接机制的尝试、应急联动机制的健全方面都取得了较好的经验积累,但是也存在一些不足。在今后的工作中要继续强化与医疗责任保险的相互扶持、处理好政府领导与市场化运作的关系、建立良好的调诉对接机制。

At present, the third-party mediation mechanism of medical disputes in our country has achieved good experience in the aspects of perfecting the talent team, perfecting the legal basis, connecting with the medical liability insurance system, attempting the appealing docking mechanism and improving the emergency coordination mechanism , But there are some shortcomings. In future work, we should continue to reinforce mutual support with medical liability insurance, handle the relationship between government leadership and market-oriented operation, and establish a good mechanism for the linkage of appeal and prosecution.
