2009年12月8日,由乌鲁木齐市奶业协会举办的“干酪营养价值和保健功能研讨会”在乌鲁木齐科协召开。参会人员共有50余人,主要来自全疆各地的奶业界从事奶牛养殖、乳品加工和医疗卫生、营养界、大专院校、科研院所的专家学者,以及奶业主管部门的领导。
December 8, 2009, organized by the Dairy Association in Urumqi “nutritional value of cheese and health function seminar ” held in Urumqi Science Association. A total of more than 50 participants, mainly from all over the dairy industry in Xinjiang dairy farming, dairy processing and health, nutrition, universities, research institutes and experts and scholars, as well as the department in charge of dairy industry leadership.
