视频监控技术自20世纪80年代在我国兴起以来,先后经历了模拟视频与近距离监控、模拟视频与远距离联网监控、数字视频与IP网络监控、数字视频与光纤网络监控四个发展阶段。随着“平安城市”构建和谐社会的规划提出,采用何种系统才是“平安城市”理想的解决方案,成为业界讨论和争议的焦点。本文从技术角度探讨了四种方案的优点和弊端,指出只有基于光纤网络的全数字网络监控方案才能够满足“平安城市”以规模庞大、覆盖面广、多层次管理与高清晰监控为特征的监控需求,体现视频监控技术数字化、网络化、智能化和平台化的发展方向。
Video Surveillance Technology has experienced four stages of development: analog video and close proximity monitoring, analog video and remote network monitoring, digital video and IP network monitoring, digital video and optical fiber network monitoring since its rise in our country in the 1980s. With the planning of “Safe City” to build a harmonious society, what kind of system is the ideal solution for “Safe City” has become the focus of discussion and controversy in the industry. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the four schemes from a technical point of view and points out that only the all-digital network monitoring solution based on optical fiber network can meet the requirements of “safe city” monitoring with large scale, wide coverage, multi-level management and high-definition monitoring Demand, embodies the video surveillance technology digital, networked, intelligent and platform of development.
