企业高管在企业经营中担当极其重要的角色。科学合理的薪酬分配可以激励高管努力经营企业,提高主人翁意识,为股东创造最大利益。本文从横向、纵向以及地区对比分析通信传输设备行业的高管现金薪酬现状,发现了高管现金薪酬与行业营业收入具有强线性关系,并从企业性质和比例大小方面分析了通信传输设备行业高管持股现状,最后就薪酬激励提出相关建议。
Business executives play an extremely important role in business operations. Scientific and rational remuneration distribution can inspire executives to run their business, raise their sense of ownership and create maximum benefits for their shareholders. This paper compares the cash management status of senior executives in telecommunication transmission equipment industry by horizontal, vertical and regional comparison. It finds that there is a strong linear relationship between executive cash compensation and operating income of the company, and analyzes the high transmission rate of communication transmission equipment industry The status quo of holding shares, the final proposal on salary incentives.
