目的研究浒苔加工产品的润肠通便和调节血脂功能,为开发利用浒苔提供依据。方法浒苔纯粉(EP)、浒苔膳食纤维(EPDF)和浒苔绿藻精(CGF)分别对清洁级雄性ICR小鼠进行营养干预,以复方地芬诺酯建立便秘模型,测定黑便排出情况和墨汁推进率;在建立清洁级SD大鼠高血脂模型的基础上,以CGF和EPDF分别进行干预,测定血脂水平。结果各剂量EP,中、高剂量EPDF和高剂量CGF可缩短首粒黑便排出时间(P<0.05或P<0.01,下同);中、高剂量和各剂量EPDF可增加6h黑便粒数;各剂量EP和EPDF,低、高剂量CGF可增加6h黑便质量;中、高剂量EP、EPDF和高剂量CGF提高小肠墨汁推进率。中、高剂量CGF、EPDF可降低TC;各剂量CGF和中、高剂量EPDF可降低TG;高剂量CGF可升高HDL-C;各剂量CGF和中、高剂量EPDF可降低LDL-C及AI值。结论浒苔加工产品具有良好的润肠通便和调节血脂作用。
Objective To study the function of enteromorpha and lipoprotein of enteromorpha processed products and provide basis for the development and utilization of Enteromorpha prolifera. Methods Enriched pure powder EPEP, EPDF and CGF were administered to clean male ICR mice respectively to establish the model of constipation with diphenoxylate, Discharge and ink advancing rate. On the basis of establishing a model of hyperlipidemia in clean-grade SD rats, CGF and EPDF were respectively used for intervention to determine the level of blood lipid. Results EP, middle and high doses of EPDF and high doses of CGF shortened the discharge time of the first tablets of melapartin (P <0.05 or P <0.01, the same below); middle and high doses of EPDF increased the number of black particles ; EP and EPDF at each dose, low and high doses of CGF can increase the quality of 6h melatonin; medium and high doses of EP, EPDF and high-dose CGF increase the rate of small intestine ink. Middle and high doses of CGF, EPDF can reduce TC; each dose of CGF and medium and high dose of EPDF can reduce TG; high dose of CGF can increase HDL-C; CGF and high dose of each dose of EPDF can reduce LDL-C and AI value. Conclusion Enteromorpha processed products have good laxative and regulate blood lipids.
