采用心脏停跳再复苏模型,以原位末端标记和形态学改变为指标,研究全脑缺血再灌注是否诱导神经细胞编程性死亡。结果显示,HE染色下,缺血再灌注后海马组织细胞体和核固缩,细胞周间隙增宽,无炎性细胞浸润。原位末端标记下,有散在的细胞核着色,可见半月状小块,表明有DNA裂解。证实脑缺血再灌注诱导神经细胞凋亡。提示神经细胞编程性死亡参与脑复苏中的损伤过程。
The model of cardiac arrest and resuscitation was used to evaluate the whether end-programmed death and neuronal apoptosis were induced by global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. The results showed that HE staining, hippocampus after ischemia-reperfusion cell body and nuclear pyknosis, cell gap widened, no inflammatory cell infiltration. Under the end marker in situ, there are scattered nuclei stained, visible half-moon-like small pieces, indicating that there is DNA lysis. It was confirmed that cerebral ischemia-reperfusion induced neuronal apoptosis. Prompted apoptosis of neural cells involved in the process of injury in brain resuscitation.
