硫在植物新陈代谢中具有多种作用,缺硫会抑制农作物的生长,降低农产品的产量和质量。临猗县2006～2010年大田土壤有效硫的测试结果分析表明,全县耕地土壤有效硫含量小于20 mg/kg的土样代表面积达33万亩,占到全县耕地面积的38.1%。
Sulfur plays a variety of roles in plant metabolism. Lack of sulfur suppresses the growth of crops and reduces the yield and quality of agricultural products. The results of soil available sulfur test in field in Lintao County from 2006 to 2010 show that the area of soil sample with soil available sulfur less than 20 mg / kg is 330000 mu, accounting for 38.1% of the total cultivated area of the county.
