在我国幼儿园教师职前培养中存在一系列问题,如培养模式单一、课程体系僵化、课程结构失调和课程内容庞杂等。面对这些问题,应通过整合教育资源、创新培养模式、改革课程体系和加强实践教学等途径加以改进,让幼儿园教师职前培养工作更加科学化和专业化。
There are a series of problems in pre-service training of kindergarten teachers in our country, such as a single mode of training, rigid curriculum system, imbalance of curriculum structure and complicated course contents. Faced with these problems, we should improve the pre-service training of kindergarten teachers through the integration of educational resources, innovation and training mode, reforming the curriculum system and strengthening practical teaching so that the kindergarten teachers’ pre-employment training can be more scientific and professional.
