老子曰:“天下大事必作于细。”可见注重细节,加强学生的细节教育是多么重要。笔者在职校担任班主任十余年,深深体会到班主任在日常工作中只有加强细节教育,再加上自己的全心投入,才会收到良好的效果。如何在实际工作中加强职校学生的细节教育呢?具体应从以下几个方面做起。一、抓好日常行为规范,用细节打磨学生笔者在日常教育中经常教育学生:“既然你选择了这个专业,就要热爱这个专业,同时也要为这个专业奋斗。”
