首先从工业企业内部管理体制改革出发，提出集成化管理的概念并论述实施集成化管理对于改善国有企业竞争力的积极意义；然后深入探讨集成化管理系统的特点并引入计算机集成化管理信息系统（ＣＩＭＩＳ）的概念．最后给出ＣＩＭＩＳ开发实例．
Firstly, starting from the reform of the internal management system of industrial enterprises, the concept of integrated management is proposed and the positive significance of implementing integrated management for improving the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises is discussed; then the characteristics of integrated management systems are deeply discussed and a computer integrated management information system is introduced ( The concept of CIMIS). Finally, a CIMIS development example is given.
