在新一轮的课程改革中,学校尝试着在初一、初二的个别班级展开具有我校特色的“以导学案为载体,小组合作的课堂教学模式”探究,但是小组合作普遍存在着盲目性、随意性、浅表性、无序性、仓促性等问题。为了优化小组合作学习,培养学生合作学习的精神和能力,教师可以从选择适宜的学习内容,突出学生的主体地位,强调教师的有效指导,保证充足的思考交流时间和给予及时的合作评价这五个方面重点思考。
