目的分析健康教育与心理护理对十二指肠溃疡患者治疗依从性及自我护理能力的影响。方法随机选取我院收治的50例胃十二指肠溃疡患者为研究对象,均分为两组:对照组和观察组各25例。对照组行常规性护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行健康教育及心理护理,总结归纳两组患者最终的护理效果。结果在不同护理干预下,观察组护理效果更接近预设值,与对照组相比,治疗依从性、自我护理能力、护理满意度更为理想,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃十二指肠溃疡患者行健康教育与心理护理可提高患者的治疗依从性及自我护理能力,应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the influence of health education and psychological nursing on the treatment compliance and self-care ability of patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods Fifty patients with gastroduodenal ulcer admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, each with 25 cases. The control group underwent routine nursing. The observation group underwent routine health education and psychological nursing based on the routine nursing care, and the final nursing effect of the two groups of patients was summarized. Results The nursing effect of the observation group was closer to the preset value under different nursing interventions. Compared with the control group, the treatment compliance, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were more satisfactory (P <0.05). Conclusions Health education and psychological nursing for patients with gastroduodenal ulcer can improve the treatment compliance and self-care ability of patients with high application value.
