目的研究东北岩高兰Empetrum nigrum var.japonicum全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH-20、半制备HPLC等柱色谱方法进行了分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和波谱分析等方法鉴定其结构。结果从东北岩高兰95%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为3β-羟基-21-烯-岩高兰三萜(1)、4′-羟基-α,β-二氢查耳酮-2′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、5-(2-苯乙基)-间苯二酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、2′,4′-二羟基查耳酮(4)、2′-甲氧基-4′-羟基-α,β-二氢查耳酮(5)、苯丙酸(6)、肉桂醇(7)、槲皮素(8)、(-)-表儿茶素(9)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(10)、金丝桃苷(11)、8-甲氧基槲皮素-3-葡萄糖苷(12)。结论化合物1为1个新的三萜,化合物2为1个新的二氢查耳酮,化合物3、4、6~12为首次从岩高兰属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Empetrum nigrum var. Japonicum in Northeast China. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of A. koraiensis. They were identified as 3β-hydroxy-21-ene-taolan triterpene (1), 4’-hydroxy- (2), 5- (2-phenylethyl) -resorcinol-1-O-β-D-glucoside (3), 2 ’ Dihydroxychalcone (4), 2’-methoxy-4’-hydroxy-α, β-dihydrochalcone (5) (8), (-) - epicatechin (9), quercetin -3-O-α-L-arabinoside (10), hyperin (11) Quercetin-3-glucoside (12). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new triterpenoid and compound 2 is a new dihydrochalcone. Compounds 3, 4 and 6 ~ 12 were isolated from the genus Imbacilla for the first time.
