哈尔滨至齐齐哈尔铁路客运专线是我国在高纬度严寒地区修建的第一条客运专线铁路。为保证连续梁现浇施工质量,需要充分考虑严寒地区的自然环境、气候特征和项目特点。针对大庆特大桥跨万宝专用线的连续梁(跨径为48.85+80+48.85 m)的工程特点,确定了钢管立柱、贝雷梁、碗扣式多功能钢支架组合式连续梁现浇施工方案,与挂篮式悬灌施工比较,不仅保证了施工质量,而且提高了施工进度、降低了施工成本,为严寒地区支架现浇连续梁施工提供了实践经验。
Harbin to Qiqihar Railway Passenger Dedicated Line is China’s first cold-built area in high latitudes passenger dedicated railway. In order to ensure the quality of continuous beam cast-in-place construction, we must fully consider the natural environment, climate characteristics and project features in cold regions. In view of the engineering features of the continuous beams (span 48.85 + 80 + 48.85 m) spanning Dambucao special line of Daqing Bridge, the cast-in-place construction scheme of the composite continuous beams with steel pipe columns, Berets and the bowl- , Compared with the hanging basket hanging construction, not only to ensure the construction quality, but also improve the construction progress and reduce the construction cost, providing practical experience for the construction of cast-in-situ continuous beams in the cold area.
