目的了解宁阳县中学生吸烟情况,为开展学校健康教育提供依据。方法 2013年6月单纯随机抽样的原则,按照抽签法,抽取宁阳县有代表性的2所中学,共计864名学生为调查对象。采取匿名法,以班级为单位发放调查问卷。结果调查864名中学生,吸烟率为18.29%,初中、高一、高二、高三学生的吸烟率分别为(%):5.97、13.04、27.45、35.07。不同年级学生吸烟率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。城市中学生吸烟率为14.57%,农村为26.59%(P<0.01)。结论学校应加强健康教育,禁止学生吸烟,保证学生身心健康。
Objective To understand the smoking status of secondary school students in Ningyang County and provide the basis for carrying out school health education. Methods In June 2013, according to the principle of random sampling, two secondary schools in Ningyang County were selected according to the drawing method. A total of 864 students were selected as the survey subjects. Anonymous law is used to distribute the questionnaire in class. Results A total of 864 middle school students were investigated. The smoking rate was 18.29%. The smoking rates of junior high, high school, high school and senior high school students were 5.97, 13.04, 27.45 and 35.07 respectively. There were significant differences in smoking rates among different grades (P <0.01). Urban middle school students smoking rate of 14.57%, 26.59% in rural areas (P <0.01). Conclusions Schools should strengthen their health education, prohibit students from smoking and ensure their physical and mental health.
