前两年我们结合毕业实践工作,在渭北耐火材料厂改造了一台160吨摩擦压力机。采用弧形直线电动机作为动力,代替了原来动力、减速、摩擦及操纵等系统。目前已投入压制耐火砖并运行2～3个月,运行情况良好。今将简单情况介绍如下: 一、传动系统的结构原理传动原理见图1所示。再安装一定数量的行程开关,可以达到连续自动行程。另外,在图中还采用气动制动器9(也可以采用电磁制动机构)。这种压力机称为电传动螺旋压力机。机器的顶部外形照片如图2所示。
