目的通过对影响灭菌物品质量的关键环节进行连续、全程的电子化监控实现高效的信息化管理,提高操作流程的规范性、统一性和强制性,以确保无菌物品质量和便于追根溯源,保障医疗护理等诊疗工作的安全开展。方法科内组建信息追溯系统项目管理小组,协同医院信息中心和软件开发方共同根据医院实际消毒供应模式、工作流程,设计应用一套从回收、清洗、包装、灭菌到发放的电子化信息追溯系统。结果实现了无纸化的信息传递,节约了手工书写记录和账务录入等人力资源消耗,工作效率及内部工作质量得到了提升,同时数据的自动筛查预警提示有效杜绝了过期包等不良事件的发生,产品质量得到了有效的保障。结论消毒供应中心信息追溯系统的建立是保障工作质量的基础,信息电子化也将是时代发展的必然,医院消毒供应中心应在行业标准的指导下结合实际情况设计出能满足自身需求的电子化信息追溯系统,确保消毒供应工作规范、科学、有效的开展。
