海洋意识觉醒度低,对维护我国领海主权完整、维护海洋权益、实施可持续的海洋发展战略十分不利长期从事海洋研究的康建成教授在上海师范大学开设“全球环境问题”公选课。他告诉《瞭望新闻周刊》,目前选课大学生中只有不到10%能够说出我国主张海域面积为300多万平方公里,许多大学生不清楚领海、大陆架、专属经济区等海洋国土的基本概念。
