随着新课程改革的不断深入,对于学生优良品质的培养一直是教师研究的重要课题,特别是在体育教学中显得尤为重要;而且培养学生健康的情感和良好的心理素质也是学校体育的重要任务之一。因此,我们必须从体育课堂教学细节出发,根据体育教学特点和学生在体育活动中的心理状态,将常规教学和心理辅导相结合,针对学生某种不良的心理现象来创设环境,从而不断提高学生的心理健康水平。笔者现根据多年的小学体育教学实践经验从以下几个方面来谈一谈如何完善学生个性。一、学会关注弱势群体例如:六年级(1)班的马群、祁向东、徐美琴和六年级(2)班
