为了提高电动助力转向装置安装到汽车上的成功率和提高助力转向装置的安全可靠性,在安装前对其进行室内测试是非常必要的。本文开发了一套电动助力转向装置的测试设备,该测试台用砝码产生的力矩来模拟汽车转向的阻力矩,转向装置被固定在测试台上,扭矩传感器、角度传感器等采集到的数据通过数据采集卡传送至上位工控机,同时将车速信号、助力电动机电压和电流等也被传至上位工控机,在模拟实车运行情况下对转向装置的特性参数进行测试。
