中国学者对清朝灭亡原因的分析和论述 ,堪称历久弥新 ,史不绝书。但是有一个导致清朝灭亡的原因却并没有得到应有关注 ,即清朝政府的鼓励留日政策 ,是在意识形态和人员组织两方面推进革命势力形成、发展、壮大的直接契机 ,既是辛亥革命的起点 ,也是导致清朝灭亡的原因之一。虽然腐败和内忧外患是导致清朝灭亡的根本原因 ,但是清政府始料未及的鼓励赴日留学政策中的“二律背反” ,却不自觉地构建了辛亥革命的基础和自己的墓地 Chinese scholars on the demise of the Qing Dynasty analysis and exposition, called a timeless novel, not without a history book.
