大型船用气缸套通常采用离心铸造工艺生产,由于壁厚较大,气缸套表面容易产生花纹缺陷。为了减少缺陷的发生,提高产品品质和生产效率,通过对花纹的化学成分、金相组织的分析和研究,认为花纹缺陷是由磷共晶偏析引起的。通过控制化学成分、大剂量孕育处理、高温出炉和低温浇注,以及灵活执行浇注工艺等措施,有效地解决了气缸套的花纹缺陷。
Large marine cylinder liner is usually produced by centrifugal casting process, due to the larger wall thickness, cylinder liner surface defects tend to produce patterns. In order to reduce the occurrence of defects and improve product quality and production efficiency, through the chemical composition of the pattern, the analysis and study of the microstructure, pattern defects that phosphorus eutectic segregation caused.
