反应物流参数随反应历程的变化较大是石油化工催化重整过程的重要特征。本文在试验研究的基础上,建立了径向反应器气体变况流动的流体力学数学模型,并给出求解变况流动条件下布气系统流体力学数学模型的数学方法。借此模拟探讨了径向反应器在变况流动条件下主要结构参数和操作条件对轴向均匀布气的影响,为重整径向反应器的优化设计及操作提供理论依据和参考。
Reactor flow parameters vary greatly with the reaction process is an important feature of petrochemical catalytic reforming process. Based on the experimental research, a mathematical model of hydrodynamics of the radial reactor gas flow is established and a mathematical method for solving the fluid dynamics mathematical model of the gas distribution system under the condition of the variable flow is given. The influence of the main structural parameters and operating conditions on the uniform axial gas distribution in the radial reactor under the condition of the variable flow was discussed through this simulation, which provided a theoretical basis and reference for the optimal design and operation of the radial reactor.
