这些年来关于文学流派、文学现象、具体作家的研究,论著可谓夥颐。然而读后总有许多不尽如人意的地方,有的新意欠佳,有的深度不够,有的视野较窄,有的厚实稍逊。读完黄树生博士的近著《薛福成文学评传》(东南大学出版社2010年版),令人眼界大开。像这样的研究专著,现在确实是很少了。
In recent years, research on literary genres, literary phenomena and specific writers can be described as a matter of course. However, after reading there are always many unsatisfactory places, some new ideas are not good, some not enough depth, some narrow field of vision, and some less thick. After reading Dr. Huang Shusheng’s recent “Xue Fucheng Literature Review” (Southeast University Press, 2010 edition), it is eye-opener. Research monographs like this are really rare now.
