首先讨论了金属有机骨架材料(MOFs)薄膜的不同制备方法(蒸发结晶法、溶剂热法、叠层法、电化学法、微波诱导热沉积、胶体沉积法等),分析了每种方法制备的MOFs薄膜特点及优、缺点;其次总结了多功能MOFs薄膜在压力诱导化学检测传感器、Fabry-perot传感器、基于石英晶体微天平(QCM)传感器、发光MOF薄膜等方面的应用;最后对MOFs薄膜的应用与发展进行了展望。
Firstly, different preparation methods of MOFs films (evaporation crystallization, solvothermal, lamination, electrochemical, microwave-induced thermal deposition, colloidal deposition, etc.) are discussed. MOFs films and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Secondly, the applications of multifunctional MOFs films in pressure-induced chemical detection sensors, Fabry-perot sensors, quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensors and luminescent MOF films are summarized. Application and development prospects.
