采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了3,6-二肼基-1,2,4,5-四嗪(DHT)与推进剂常用单组分之间的相互作用。采用推进剂固化实验,考察了DHT与CMDB推进剂药浆的相互作用。结果表明,在实验温度范围内,DHT与奥克托今(HMX)、六硝基六氮杂异戊兹烷(CL-20)、硝化棉(NC)、铝粉(Al)、炭黑(CB)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、2-硝基二苯胺(2-NDPA)、1,3-二甲基-1,3-二苯基脲(C2)和二异氰酸酯(N-100)之间没有明显的相互作用,它们之间的影响主要是物理作用过程;DHT与硝化甘油(NG)、黑索今(RDX)、3,4-二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNTF)、N-脒基脲二硝酰胺(FOX-12)、吉纳(DINA)和间苯二酚(Res)之间存在强烈的相互作用;DHT可部分溶于这些组分或其熔融液相或与这些组分形成低共熔体系,使DHT的分解明显提前。在70℃固化条件下,混合药浆40min左右发生着火,表明DHT与CMDB推进剂多组分混合体系之间具有强烈的化学作用,不能应用于双基体系的推进剂或以NG为主要组分的其他含能混合体系。
The interaction between 3,6-dihydrazino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (DHT) and one of the common components of propellants was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
