双重造影用硫酸钡制剂的研究

硫酸钡作为消化道 X 线造影剂已有六十多年历史。近十余年来国外发展起来的双重造影技术,不但可提高一般疾病的诊断率,而且还可诊断早期癌症。双重造影用的硫酸钡制剂(以下称钡剂),必须具有高浓度、低粘度、粒子细、抗干扰等性能。为了提高双重造影的质量,我们对钡剂进行了研究。一、钡剂辅助剂的筛选欲制具有高浓度与低粘度性质的钡剂,必须选用合适的辅助剂。一般钡剂浓度愈高粘度愈大,浓度为100%(w/v,下同)时,已成为不易流动的半固体状态。因此,若能用辅助剂降低其粘度,则浓度可相对提高。 Barium sulfate as a digestive tract X-ray contrast agent has more than sixty years of history.
