目的分析终末期糖尿病肾病患者在血液透析过程中的常见并发症,探讨其预防措施,从而改善透析的充分性,提高病人的生活质量和延长其生存时间。方法对终末期糖尿病肾病患者54例进行血液透析时出现的并发症进行回顾性分析。结果全组发生并发症有低血压40.7%、低血糖27.8%、高血压18.5%、心力衰竭而死亡50.0%、心律失常31.5%、感染33.3%、浆膜腔积液25.9%、内瘘闭塞7.4%。结论采取积极有效措施,控制好血压、血糖,改善营养状态和贫血,充分透析,可以有效控制并发症。
Objective To analyze the common complications in patients with end stage diabetic nephropathy during hemodialysis and to explore the preventive measures to improve the adequacy of dialysis, improve the quality of life of patients and prolong their survival time. Methods The complications of hemodialysis in 54 patients with end stage diabetic nephropathy were analyzed retrospectively. Results The complications of the whole group were as follows: hypotension 40.7%, hypoglycemia 27.8%, hypertension 18.5%, heart failure 50.0%, arrhythmia 31.5%, infection 33.3%, serosal effusion 25%, and fistula occlusion 7.4 %. Conclusion To take active and effective measures to control blood pressure, blood sugar, improve nutritional status and anemia, adequate dialysis, can effectively control complications.
