目的:建立超高效液相色谱法测定复方硫软膏中水杨酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠(30∶70);检测波长:231 nm,柱温:35℃;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;进样量:10μl。结果:水杨酸在11.96~59.80μg·ml-1的范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为1.28%(n=9)。结论:建立的方法结果准确、稳定性好、专属性强,可用于复方硫软膏中水杨酸含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of salicylic acid in compound sulfur ointment by ultra performance liquid chromatography. Method: Column: Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-0.1 mol·L-1 sodium phosphate monobasic (30:70); detection wavelength: 231 nm; ℃; flow rate: 1.0 ml · min-1; injection volume: 10μl. Results: Salicylic acid had a good linearity in the range of 11.96 ~ 59.80μg · ml-1, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.72% and the RSD was 1.28% (n = 9). Conclusion: The established method is accurate, stable and specific. It can be used for the determination of salicylic acid in compound sulfur ointment.
