海南省农垦建工集团总公司组建于2010年4月,是由11家单位重组而成,注册资金1.67亿元。以工程总承包、房地产开发为主,集工程监理、造价咨询、物业管理、商业租赁、酒店、建材生产等相关产业为一体的综合性的国有企业。目前,分别与海南农垦投资控股集团财务公司、中国银行、民商银行建立了战略合作投资联盟,企业的资金实力得到夯实,企业的核心业务配套更加完善,企业核心竞争力得到进一步提升。
Hainan Land Reclamation Construction Group Corporation was established in April 2010, which is a restructuring of 11 units with a registered capital of 167 million yuan. To engineering general contracting, real estate development, engineering supervision, cost consulting, property management, commercial leasing, hotels, building materials and other related industries as one integrated state-owned enterprises. At present, they have established strategic alliances with Hainan State Farms Investment Holding Group Finance Corporation, Bank of China and Commercial and Commercial Bank of China respectively.
