本文为作者在１９９３年１１月２４日在莫斯科国际弹道导弹防御系统研讨会上所作报告的译文，原文无书面材料，是按其录音整理而成，文中阐述了反弹道式导弹弹头战斗部的设计要求，杀伤弹头的准则，反导战斗部主要参数，如破片质量，破片速度范围，拦截杀伤弹头的地面仿真等问题。文中提出的新的杀伤弹头的方式值得思考。给出的战斗部质量与制导精度的变化示意图只是根据与会代表的手作草图重绘而成。
This article is the author’s translation of the report made at the Symposium of the International Conference on Ballistic Missile Defense Systems in Moscow on November 24, 1993. There is no written material in the text. The article is based on the tape recording. The article describes the design of the anti-ballistic missile warhead Requirements, the guidelines for the destruction of warheads, the main parameters of the anti-ballistic warhead, such as the quality of fragments, the range of fragment speeds, ground simulation for intercepting killer warheads and other issues. The new way of killing warheads proposed in the article is worth considering. The given change of warhead quality and guidance accuracy is only based on the sketches made by delegates.
