目的通过建立手术室满意度调查制度,持续改进提高手术室护理工作质量。方法对外科系统医生和护士就手术室护理工作满意度每季度进行问卷调查。结果对手术室护理工作满意率由第一季度的93.75%提高到95.8%,不满意率从6.25%下降到4.2%。结论根据满意度调查结果,根据不同时期发生的问题,制定相应的纠正措施,实施持续改进的ISO管理程序,提高了手术室护理工作质量。
Objective To improve the quality of operating room nursing through the establishment of operating room satisfaction survey system. Methods Surgical system doctors and nurses conducted questionnaires on quarterly satisfaction with operating room nursing work. Results The satisfaction rate of operating room nursing work increased from 93.75% in the first quarter to 95.8%, while the dissatisfaction rate dropped from 6.25% to 4.2%. Conclusion Based on the results of the survey of satisfaction, according to the problems occurred in different periods, corresponding corrective measures were formulated and the ISO management procedures of continuous improvement were implemented to improve the quality of operating room nursing.
