职工教育是企业长远发展的重要条件,随着知识型经济的到来,科学技术和知识的掌握在企业生产经营中起的作用越来越重要。在今后发展过程中只有不断加强职工教育创新,提升职工素质,加强学习型企业构建才能真正适应时代发展的要求。当前的职工教育无论是在观念上还是在机制上都亟需创新。本文将重点探讨如何进行职工教育创新以及构建学习型企业。
Staff education is an important condition for the long-term development of an enterprise. With the advent of a knowledge-based economy, the role of science and technology and knowledge in the production and operation of an enterprise becomes more and more important. Only in the future development process can we continuously innovate employee education, enhance the quality of staff and workers, and strengthen the construction of learning-based enterprises so that they can truly meet the requirements of the development of the times.
