本红茶生产线主要由鲜叶贮青机组、萎调机组、揉捻机组、解块机、发酵机、烘干机(初烘)、摊凉回潮机和烘干机(复烘)等组成。可日产干茶约1000 kg。生产线按红茶加工工艺要求实现自动化、清洁化、连续化生产,整个加工流程采用PLC程序控制,人机界面参数化设置,具有温湿度控制、故障报警等功能,设计先进,配套合理,符合规模企业红茶生产的需求。
