“以就业为导向”的教育机制要求职业中学进行教育教学改革。行为导向教学法,是目前中职学校进行教学实践改革中行之有效的方法之一。在数控加工技术课堂中引入此方法,可以使教学效果达到“依托任务训练、强化学生主体、突出能力目标”的中职培养要求。 “Employment-oriented ” educational system requires vocational schools for education and teaching reform. Behavior-oriented teaching method is one of the effective methods in the current practice of teaching reform in vocational schools. The introduction of this method in the classroom of CNC machining technology can make the teaching effect meet the training requirements of secondary vocational education based on task training, strengthening students’ main body and highlighting competency goals.
