以红江橙花后4~8周幼果胚珠为试验材料,培养于MT附加500ppmME或BA0.5ppm+IAA0.5ppm+KT0.1ppm的固体培养基上,诱导出胚性愈伤组织,胚性愈伤组织继代于MT基本培养基上,能保持旺盛的增殖能力。不同的激素及有机附加物对胚状体形成有不同的影响。将发育正常的胚状体接种于MT+GA1ppm+NAA0.1ppm固体培养基上,能正常萌发进而形成小植株。
The young embryo of 4 ~ 8 weeks after neroli from Hongjiang was used as the experimental material and cultured on solid medium supplemented with 500ppm ME or BA0.5ppm + IAA0.5ppm + KT0.1ppm. The embryogenic callus was induced and embryogenic callus was subcultured MT basic medium, able to maintain strong proliferative capacity. Different hormones and organic addenda have different effects on embryoid body formation. Normal embryoid bodies were inoculated on MT + GA1ppm + NAA0.1ppm solid medium and germinated normally to form plantlets.
