目前普遍推崇母乳喂养,但有些抗菌药能通过母乳危害宝宝健康。乳儿最怕的常用抗菌药有以下五种:氯霉素:氯霉素可抑制骨髓造血细胞的功能,引起宝宝红细胞、白细胞、血小板减少,贫血。另外,由于乳儿的肝、肾功能发育不完全,从乳汁中摄入的氯霉素不能很好地经肝脏代谢、肾脏排泄而导致中毒,可引起婴儿拒食、呕吐、呼吸不规则、皮肤青紫(灰婴综合征)等。
