目的观察白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)对体外培养的人眼小梁细胞(HTM)吞噬功能的影响。方法取人眼小梁组织进行小梁细胞体外培养,取传3~5代的人眼小梁细胞,加入不同浓度的IL-1α的DMEM-F12培养液,用倒置相差显微镜、光镜、电镜观察细胞吞噬功能的变化。结果小梁细胞吞噬乳胶微球数与IL-1α浓度(F=3.603,P=0.046)和作用时间(F=15.846,P=0.005)均有相关性(F=18.069,P=0.000)。结论IL-1α可以直接损害体外培养的人眼小梁细胞吞噬功能,其吞噬程度与IL-1α作用时间和浓度相关。(中华眼科杂志,2006,42977-979)
Objective To observe the effect of interleukin-1α (IL-1α) on the phagocytosis of cultured human trabecular meshwork cells (HTM). Methods Human trabecular meshwork cells were cultured in human trabecular meshwork and cultured for 3 ~ 5 passages. Human eye trabecular cells were cultured in DMEM-F12 medium with different concentrations of IL-1α. The cells were cultured with inverted phase contrast microscope, light microscope and electron microscope Observed changes in phagocytic function. Results The numbers of phagocytic latex microspheres in trabecular cells were correlated with the concentration of IL-1α (F = 3.603, P = 0.046) and the duration of action (F = 15.846, P = 0.005) (F = 18.069, P = 0.000). Conclusion IL-1α can directly impair the human eye trabecular cells phagocytosis in vitro, and its phagocytosis is related to the time and concentration of IL-1α.
