目的:分析两种革螨的空间分布型。方法:用Iwao模型,对云南西部毒厉螨及纳氏厉螨两种主要革螨在其主要寄生宿主黄胸鼠、褐家鼠及大足鼠个体样方间的空间分布型进行了测定,并对其进行了随机分布偏离度检验。结果:在Iwao模型所建的回归方程中,毒厉螨(M*=4.9985+3.0428M,α=4.9985,β=3.0428,r=0.6979,p<0.05)及纳氏厉螨(M*=2.9258+4.8130M,α=2.9258,β=4.8130,r=0.7767,P<0.01)的α、β值均高于判定界线的0或1,经随机偏离度检验,P<0.01。结论:这两种革螨在其所寄生的各主要宿主个体样方间里聚集型分布。
Objective: To analyze the spatial distribution of two kinds of leather mites. Methods: Using the Iwao model, the spatial distribution patterns of two main leathery mites, Acremonium mite and Naeelechia spp., In the individual host quadrats of Rattus flavipectus, Rattus norvegicus and Daphniphyllum were determined. Random distribution of deviation test. Results: In the regression equation established by the Iwao model, the relative abundance of aphids (M * = 4.9985 + 3.0428M, α = 4.9985, β = 3.0428, r = 0.6979, p <0.05) The values of α and β of the mite (M * = 2.9258 + 4.8130M, α = 2.9258, β = 4.8130, r = 0.7767, P <0.01) were all higher than the 0 or 1 of the judgment boundary, Degree test, P <0.01. CONCLUSIONS: Both of these leathery mites are clustered in the sample of individual host hosts that they parasitize.
