新型单边全螺栓梁柱节点连接方式能够方便地将方形钢管柱与H型钢梁进行连接,其连接方式的不同也决定了其抗拉承载力的影响因素的不同。为了研究矩形钢管柱与H型钢梁采用新型单边全螺栓连接对螺栓极限抗拉承载力的影响,对15组方钢管试件进行螺栓群单向拉伸试验,并对贴板厚度、连接螺栓个数、管壁强度以及方钢管截面尺寸等影响因素进行了分析,为研究影响螺栓抗拉承载力的因素提供了可靠的试验理论依据。研究结果表明:管壁和贴板强度对螺栓抗拉极限承载力影响最大,贴板厚度影响相对较小,单个螺栓极限抗拉承载力将随着连接螺栓数增多而有所下降。
The new unilateral full bolting beam-column joint connection method can conveniently connect the square steel column with the H-beam, and the difference of the connection modes also determines the influence factors of the tensile load capacity. In order to study the influence of the new single-side full-bolted connection on the ultimate tensile strength of the rectangular steel column and the H-section steel beam, uniaxial tension test was carried out on the 15 groups of square steel tube specimens, and the thickness, The number of bolts, the strength of the pipe wall and the cross-sectional dimensions of the square steel pipe are analyzed, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the study of the factors that affect the bearing capacity of the bolt. The results show that the strength of the wall and the slab have the greatest effect on the ultimate tensile strength of the bolt, and the impact of the slab thickness is relatively small. The ultimate tensile strength of a single bolt will decrease with the increase of the number of connecting bolts.
