《集邮博览》2002年第10期第27页发表了汪国俊先生的文章《圆形邮票衍生的几个问题》(以下简称《圆》文),我认为《圆》文中的一些提法值得商榷。首先说一说《圆》文中的“附角”或“护角”这一概念。试想一想圆形邮票如果变成矩形邮票,那么其附属于邮票而无预付邮资功能的部分应该称为什么呢?其实它早已有了名称——“附票”,不会因为矩形变成了圆形而就成了“附角”或“护角”
