自1966年国外等报告原发于性腺的恶性淋巴瘤258例(睾丸212例,卵巢46例),国内报告71例(睾丸68例,卵巢3例)。其诊断的标准是:1.诊断时发病的瘤块在性腺;2.有肯定的病理组织学诊断;3.生存者随诊在6个月以上。本院自1980年到1987年2月共收治10例,现分析其临床表现、治疗方法与预后。
258 cases of malignant lymphoma originating in the gonads were reported from abroad in 1966 (212 in testis and 46 in ovary) and 71 in China (68 in testis and 3 in ovary). The diagnostic criteria are: 1. The diagnosis of tumor lumps in the gonads; 2. Have a positive histopathological diagnosis; 3. Survival follow-up in more than 6 months. The hospital from 1980 to February 1987 were treated 10 cases, now its clinical manifestations, treatment and prognosis.
