讯问工作是讯问人员与犯罪嫌疑人之间展开的一场尖锐、复杂、针锋相对的面对面进行的侦查活动。讯问过程中,犯罪嫌疑人通常会使用反讯问手法阻碍讯问工作,妨碍查明案件事实,甚至导致讯问工作陷入僵局。讯问人员要熟悉各种反讯问手法,以掌握的案件事实和有力证据为基础,利用犯罪嫌疑人反讯问供述中的矛盾和弱点,采取适当的对策,迫使犯罪嫌疑人如实供述其罪行。
The interrogation is a sharp, complex and tit-for-tat confrontation between interrogators and suspects.
