轨道交通是随着现代交通技术的进步,为了缓解城市日益加重的人口问题,合理调整人口流量的一种有效的方式,但是轨道交通作为一项城市发展公共设施,占用的土地资源极为庞大,尤其是轨道交通车站往往因为巨大的人流量和不合理的车站占用庞大的土地资源,在经济发展极为迅速的今天,浪费了大量的土地资源,也导致了轨道车站与城市发展不想协调的尴尬局面。因而,从建筑美学和经济学的视角出发,探讨轨道交通车站与城市建筑物一体化是具有极高的现实意义的。
