分析了空心叶片的结构特点。以U形冲压件为研究对象,对基于Dynaform的数值模拟技术及其准确性进行了分析。建立了空心叶片的内弧面(冲压回弹对象)有限元模型,确定了影响冲压回弹的主要工艺参数,如冲压速度、摩擦系数、模具间隙、板料厚度等。采用正交试验方案,利用CAE软件Dynaform进行自由弯曲情况下的冲压模拟,并通过对各试验方案的回弹量结果分析,确定了最优化的冲压工艺参数。
The structural characteristics of hollow blades are analyzed. Taking U-shaped stampings as the research object, the numerical simulation technique based on Dynaform and its accuracy are analyzed. The finite element model of the inner arc (stamping rebound object) of hollow blade was established, and the main process parameters affecting the stamping rebound were determined, such as stamping speed, friction coefficient, mold clearance, sheet thickness and so on. Using orthogonal test program, the CAE software Dynaform was used to simulate the free bending test. Through the analysis of the springback results of each test program, the optimal process parameters were determined.
