以干水中NaCl质量分数、干水中气相疏水性SiO_2质量分数、瓦斯浓度配比为影响因素,利用正交实验法研究干水对水合物法分离瓦斯中CH_4的影响,通过计算获取瓦斯水合分配系数、CH_4回收率、分离因子.运用极差法与方差法分析实验结果,结果表明:干水中疏水性SiO_2质量分数与瓦斯气样配比是CH_4的回收率的显著影响因素,上述3种因素在设定实验范围内对瓦斯水合分离难度和分离净化程度无显著影响;使水合分离难度较低、CH_4的回收率较高、分离净化程度较高的工艺条件为干水中NaCl质量分数1.8%,干水中疏水性SiO_2质量分数5.0%,瓦斯气浓度配比为气样G1.
The effects of dry water on CH 4 in gas separation by hydrate method were studied by using orthogonal experimental method with NaCl mass fraction in dry water, hydrophobic SiO 2 mass fraction in gas-phase in dry water, and gas concentration ratio. The gas hydration partition coefficient , CH_4 recovery rate and separation factor.The results of the experimental results by using the range method and the variance method show that: the hydrophobic SiO_2 mass fraction in dry water and the ratio of gas samples are significant factors affecting the recovery of CH_4, the above three factors are Within the experimental range, there is no significant influence on the degree of separation and purification of gas and water; the difficulty of hydration and separation is high, and the recovery rate of CH_4 is higher. The conditions of higher separation and purification are as follows: the content of NaCl in dry water is 1.8% Hydrophobic SiO 2 water content of 5.0%, gas gas concentration ratio gas sample G1.
