Talent is the most valuable resource for business. To do a good job of training and selecting high-quality qualified personnel is the key to the sustainable development of the restructuring enterprises and their growth. The article proposes some improvements for self-improvement and self-strengthening for some shortcomings or misunderstandings in selecting, employing and educating people in some restructuring enterprises.
