企业文化一般指指导企业行为的制度、规则和理念。企业文化具有独特性、稳定性、整体性、人本性、创新性等特征。当前我国很多企业在企业文化建设方面存在着某些方面的缺陷和不足,如企业文化建设发展缓慢、企业文化建设缺乏实质性的精神内核、企业文化形式主义盛行,企业文化缺乏认同等。为创造富有凝聚力和生命力的企业文化,必须在以下几个方面努力:形成符合企业发展的价值观念,形成凝聚领导、员工团结一致向前的企业精神,形成良好的企业形象,形成规范的企业制度。

To create a cohesive and viable corporate culture, efforts must be made in the following aspects: forming values that are in line with the development of the enterprise, forming a spirit of enterprise that brings together the leaders and unite employees forward, forms a good corporate image, and forms a standardized enterprise system .
