58例听神经瘤切除患者术后出现继发颅内血肿1例，肺部感染2例，脑脊液漏2例，呛咳3例，面神经瘫痪2例，消化道出血2例。经了解其发生原因，并采取及时有效的护理措施，均痊愈出院。术后并发症的护理是提高手术成功率、减少致残率的关键。
